Have you ever thought that a story may be lucky? You’re not alone. There are a lot of people that think that, but most of the time, it doesn’t sound true, because no one is lucky, right? Well, the thing is, there are some stores that seem to have a touch of something grand. For instance, check out this news story from Victor Valley, California.
A local store was purchased and started selling lotto tickets. The owner acquired the store in July of 2017, and within a month was selling tickets, to the public. That’s nothing great, right? Lots of stores do this, and they aren’t lucky. But for Tony Teli, the store seemed to be different, because within a couple of weeks, people started winning.
Not only did people start winning, Multiple people started winning small and medium sized jackpots. Then someone purchased 5 tickets, and he thought nothing of it. Except this time, a woman bought scratchers and pulled $4,000 for the next 25 years! That’s right, a $4,000 jackpot, that will pay out monthly for the rest of her life. The winner didn’t want to be identified, but the store owner has definitely thought of his story as a lucky retailer.
In a matter of months, this store in Victorville has sold 200 winning tickets, with prizes ranging from $100 to $1,000, and of course this huge windfall of $1.2 million jackpot, and the cash for life ticket that a woman won recently.
Are there lucky retailers? This shop sure seems that way, and well, maybe there’s something to that.
